REFUND POLICY: We offer a 2 week money back guarantee on all products sold. All gift certificates sales are final, no refunds, store credit only. All packages are at a discount. All service times are approximate and include consultation and preparation. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We reserve the right to assess a 50% charge for any appointment cancelled without a minimum of 24 hours notice.

- We respectfully request that pagers and cell phones be turned off so as to ensure a serene and rejuvenating spa experience for all.
- Gratuities are not included in the service pricing. They typically range between 15% - 20% of the service price.
- We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards as well as Spa Finder, Spa Wish and Spa Boom gift certificates.
- Gift cards are non-refundable. Unless incorporated into the price of the gift card upon its purchase, gift cards cannot be redeemed for gratuities.
